As a real estate professional for over 25 years, I have learned many things. But the most important one of all is that I want is to be YOUR REALTOR.
I began my career moving away from working for the City to jumping right in at Century 21 Thomas. I worked hard and loved working there but then moved to a larger firm, Leonard Call and Taylor in Myrtle Beach to attempt to reach a broader spectrum of the market. My years there brought me in contact with all types of folks and a merger happened turning the firm into a Coldwell Banker Franchise known as Coldwell Banker Leonard Roberts. I worked all over the beach but having graduated high school from North Myrtle Beach High and spending a large amount of time on the north end, I moved there to ReMax Southern Shores right on the corner of Highway 17 and Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. My business grew even more. As a natural born marketer, I absorbed all I could an kept striving to do what YOU would want me to do to bring you to your dream home.
It was only 4 years later that I was able to open my own real estate firm, known as The Beach and Company in Little River. Working from home as one agent we grew quickly to 25 agents and a prime location in Little River. I then added Property Management and in 2007 and soon we were managing 200 rental units and 22 homeowner associations. The Association and Property Management helped to bring us through the lean years of the recession and I moved to a more supervisory role as Broker In Charge. In 2014 I sold the rental and association management side of the business and found myself back again training sales agents to reach their main goal of selling real estate.
In April 2015, I put my sales hat back on, got out of the office and went back to work with my tools in order to again be that realtor that YOU were looking for. My sales soared and I found myself doing what I do best again, selling YOU the home YOU were looking for in my home town. I've won many awards from the different agencies I have worked for and hold an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and ASP (Accredited Staging Designation). All of this training was done to help bring YOU to the home of your dreams in YOUR dream location.
I've never outgrown this area and know it like the back of my hand. Like they say, once you have sand in your shoes! I simply love what I am doing here and it shows. Remember all I want is to be YOUR REALTOR. Together we can make your dreams of home ownership come true.
